the inside diameter measured 33.4mm and the outside is 44.8mm with it being 5.3mm thick and I'm having trouble finding an exact 33.4mm cup, on Amazon all I can see is 34mm and I'm wondering if that would work. is there any information I'm missing?

they use standard 34mm press in cups which is for a 1 1/8 steerer. just use a headset press to install and you’ll be good.
At least get an FSA Orbit
