Not worth it. You’d have to change out the entire groupset along with potentially your rear wheel.

You could take a look at the marin dsx… its basically the flat bar 1×12 version of this bike. Putting any 12 speed derailleur from you chosen company should work fine the only compatibility issue you would need to figure out is what type of driver body your wheel has which would effect the cassette you would need. Whether its an hg or XD driverbody. My dsx 2 came with a hg driver body and also came with shimano drivetrain on it and works well but this is my first shimano.
Edit: I would probably stick with whatever company your brifters are because theres a more likely chance of compatibility with an mtb style derailleur without having to change them as well.

If you want to try electronic, LTWOO or Wheeltop and a ZTTO or Sunrace cassette will work.
