Don’t want to scare you but the “cosmic rims” are on novatec hubs as far as I can see on the front wheel.
There were a lot of fake models of this exact cipollini frame on the market some years ago as well.
Please check thoroughly for the genuinity of both, the rims and the frame.
Did you know the seller? Do you have receipts?
It’s an Aliexpress frame with probably the most copied wheelset on the same site. That’s not to say it’s a bad ride, I’m sure it’s fast and fun. Enjoy it!
WTF is going on with that headset? You’ve got a parts bin combo of spacers and stem. Clean that up and it’ll look a lot better IMO.
