Blue stem to match the fork caps. Keep the bar black.
Black. You don’t have any other grey elements.
I personally like the black that is already on the bike. Those bars in the pics say 38mm, are we really making bigger bars then 31.8 and 35 now?

Black bars grey stem. Three colour rule. Just my personal opinion, I wouldn’t count black components as one of your two accent colours.

Title has that rainbow one, but let me tell you that I saw how overpriced it is, then browsing Aliexpress I saw ZTTO has a rainbox one, snagged it,, it is the same thing without the custom title engraving and some nicer finishing. Some of the fiixing and machine marks are identical and it was like 16 Euros. It’s pretty obvious these are the originals and Title has some additional work and finishing.
Title stems are nice, but so overpriced. Chromag is a better option, Hope is expensive, but really worth it, and better to go for Aliexpress if you want the ST1.
