Worth it for £150/$200? – 2009 Specialized Sirrus Sport

Looking to get into cycling for short length commutes around my town and for fitness. Found this on Facebook Marketplace, and it seems to be in good condition. Is it a good first bike? I'm about 5'7''. It is really cheap for a bike but I may not have time to ride it since I'm a student, and I don't want to spend a lot on something that might be dropped after a few months.
