I’m stuck with a V-brake spring tension adjuster where the screw and nut are seized together. When I turn the screw, the nut turns with it, so it neither tightens nor loosens — it just spins. I’ve tried WD-40, jamming thin metal, holding the nut with a flat screwdriver, and turning both directions. The part holding the spring is plastic, I don't want to damage it more. Is there any way to free this?
