Nail not only punched a hole through the tire and tube, but apparently also through the rim bed. Rest of the rim looks fine otherwise. Tape it and keep using the wheel or bad idea?

Take the tape off and have a look.. maybe it’s repairable. Ask a carbon repairshop. But no one here will tell you yes go for it. Obviously a wheel is a crucial safety item.
If you came into my shop with this? Absolutely not!
If it happened to me? Tape it and ride it.
Gotta drill a hole in the hub flange and add another spoke now
