These are supposedly bontrager wheels from a few years ago. They have the bontrager TLR sticker on them, but no other markings can you identify which model this is by the hub?

Probably Novatec hubs they do the majority of OE hubs for the big brands. Once you get into a certain price point DT Swiss starts to get involved for OE branded hubs. Both situations use generic Chinese aluminum rims until you get into third party non-OE branded wheels.
