I'll be doing a lot of touring this year. I have a rear rack sorted (Ortlieb quick rack), but am struggling to find a front rack. I want something that has both a top shelf, and low rider rails for panniers.
The Surly is out because of weight. Ya ya, I know, but my bike is already challenging enough to get up my stairs.
The Blackburn outpost has a weird top shelf and I don't love how wide it is.
The Tubus Grand expedition would be top of my list if I was rich. Still might go for it if I can't find an alternative.
I don't 100% hate the idea of a low rider rack and handlebar bag, but my cables have strong opinions about it.
Am I missing any good options?

Pelago commuter rack. You can get the lowrider part separately and put it together.
