The zipper slide popped off the teeth on my Almsthre compact frame bag. I used the warranty form and sent them this pic, asking for repair advice if they had any.
It couldn't have been more than 20 minutes before I got an email thanking me for my order of a replacement bag, no charge. (In fact, I checked. I took the photo at 11:54 and order email is timestamped 12:08.)
The bags have been great other than the zipper issue. Between their saddle bag and this compact frame bag, I've carried enough to go 80 miles (with convenience store stops and with tools in the OneUp EDC pump.)

That’s great news. I’m a big fan of their products.
I have a tiny (.5L i think?) bag from them and I love it. I wish they did larger bikepacking bags, I would love to have a big saddle bag or a larger frame bag from them
