Looks a lil bent but you should use a deraileur hanger alignment tool to make sure on your end or take it to a local bike shop

Took me a while to find the hanger in the photos trash panda.
But yes, it is bent.
You can adjust your gears until the cows come home and if won’t help if the hanger is bent. Buy the tool, make your own, or take it to a shop – any way you do it, buy a spare hanger first.
