Need help identifying this bike and getting an idea of how much it's worth, as I'm new to bikes. It's a large frame and has a sticker that says Giant 2 and Compact Road. Any info is appreciated!

Giant contend sl disc 2
2018 Giant Contend SL 2 disc. Aluminum frame, Tiagra 4700 2×10-speed groupset but Giant put their Conduct cable-pulled hydraulic disc brakes on it (the Tiagra ST-4700 levers use cables for brakes).
The more recent Tiagra bikes from Giant and other manufacturers use the Tiagra 4720 levers which has full hydraulic brakes, which has better modulation and feel than hybrid cable-pulled hydraulic brakes.
That 2018 bike might be worth $500 or so in my neck of the woods. The more recent bikes with full hydraulic brakes are worth a couple hundred more.
