FYI you have probably utterly fucked your BB shell threads. The aluminum of the frame is way softer than the steel in that cup/spacer.
I would take this to a shop, but be prepared that you might have killed your frame.

It’s difficult to tell anything from your Motorola RAZR photo, but it appears that you removed the wrong side of the BB first and have a stuck fixed cup.
