I like these flat pedals for having sharp spikes (10 each side, 20 per one pedal, 40 total). Just wondering where can I get the same thing since they're pretty loose and there's no way to remove/replace the spikes, not a way to service it. I got them for free when I got my frame painted. But there's no similar one's when I came back to the shop. Thanks y'all!

What do you mean there are no similar ones? Why would yoiu want to get ones that don’t have replaceable pins? There are litearlly hundreds of flat pedals in both composite and metal that are similar with replaceable pins.
Based on the rust on the bike, I’d recommend some Oneup Composites, RaceFace Chesters, or Deftraps.
There are better pedals out there, you are literally on the internet.
Those look similar to Deity’s. I’ve got the TMAC and love them

More pins in many ways equals less grip. The fewer pins you have, the more weight each pin carries, thus improving grip into the shoe. You’ll never find a better pedal for the money than the dirty deaftrap.
