Experimental short john cargo bike – custom build

Custom short john cargo bike I built as an experimental urban concept.

Raw black steel frame, disc wheels front & rear, and I try to get a very stripped-down industrial look.

Still a work in progress – I’m intentionally keeping it raw and a bit unconventional.

I’d love feedback from this sub, especially on:

• frame

• cockpit / stem ideas

• saddle + seatpost combo

• color accents or leaving it fully monochrome

• anything you’d personally tweak or upgrade
