If you have a press in starnut you are in a world of hurt because get the drill it will have to be removed & replaced. If you have an expanding starnut just remove the bolt and grab your 6mm to tighten. Regardless you will have to remove this bolt.

if starnut then it’s inserted too deep . if compression plug remove this bolt and top cap, tighten compression plug with 6mm hex to max 3-4nm and reinstall previous bolt and top cap.
