  1. Personally I just pump until hard enough and call it good. I have never checked the PSI on my tires. As long as it does feel flat you should be good to go.

  3. For what it’s worth, I’ve ridden thousands of miles on those exact model tires and usually kept it around 80 psi. Max is 85 and, while that rolls better, don’t hit uneven sidewalks at full speed. I’m 145 lbs.
