How dismal of a town it must be where someone riding their bike in the winter gets on the news, I feel like his miles should get a multiplier of 2 or 3, those must be some hostile roads.
If I know my country, instead of seeing possibility in Mikey’s story, everyone will kick in and buy him a car probably.
