  1. You just need to lean back a bit more, get your back wheel off the ground, then it’s a proper fastplant.

It’s the start to a fast plant, but not quite there yet. Go faster, foot just under the coping.

Its not.   There are many how 2 videos on the web from early 2000s to date you should watch.

Normally your foot wouldnt touch the ground/ramp untill your bike had left the ground.  Try going at more of a straight angle and get the bike in the air then put your foot down then continue the rotation and leap off your planted foot to pull back into the ramp.

    Stay motivated 💪

  4. This is going to sound counter intuitive now that you’ve been doing these for a few months, but you should do them the other way. Doing them the way you’re doing it now will lead to a sketchy landing sooner or later. Doing them opposite puts your lead foot as the landing foot. Way less foot correction when you come back to the pedals, and it will give you a smoother transition to and from plant once you get it down.

  5. As a 30 y/o dude who is about to get his first bike, this and your other post is inspiring to see after just 3 months! Nice work man.

Hey that’s my local park, always looking for more people to ride with. Can also help you dial in a few tricks or give pointers if we happen to be at the park at the same time.
