I unbox and take the new Canyon Aeroad CF SLX out for a spin with Tom from Canyon. He gives me the lowdown on all the new upgrades and how they make a real difference when you’re out on the road.

  1. Hi, awesome footage and video! How tall is she? I’m hoping a 2xs will work for me as I’m SHORT, but wondering how tall she is to fit the XS? Thanks!!

  2. nice bike..when you asked the guy from canyon..what is the big difference between last years bike and the new 2025 bike..all he could think to say.was that is was easier to assemble.than last years bike….so people are buying the new model.because you can assemble quicker lol

  3. I got this white SLX with Rival (the cheapest one for 3.9k euro I think) last year and rebuilt it with Ultegra and the bike is sick for sure, but… also the bottom bracket was properly phased and well sized and same for brake mount points! So no issues building the frame up with new components. I went from older Ultimate to this and the Ultimate is weak noodle compared to this stiff rocket. Had no idea there are so big differences between carbon frames.

  4. Stunning bike, but at almost $10k (CAD), i wonder how much it cost them to manufacture a bike like this and how much profit are they making out of it, $10k is a decent second hand car 😢

  5. Me hesitating between an Aeroad and Ultimate, and you both praising the Ultimate as the all-rounder bike… but the Aeroad is much sexier… I'm stuck again 😂

  6. Hi, sorry if this is a stupid question but some say the tubeless valve wasn't pre installed for canyon bikes. Yours is!! Did it come with sealant init already too or did you have to apply it yourself

  7. I had a chance to test ride this bike a few months ago (thanks to Moloko) and it goes faster than anything I have ridden before. I am planning to get one next year. I hope until then they stop specing the bikes with front 26mm tyres. I can not even imagine where are these tyres suited for… Definitely not UK 🙂 🙂 🙂
