We rolled out of our campsite in soft golden light and followed quiet gravel paths through a landscape that carries the marks of fire, farming, and patience. Along the way we passed burned hillsides, hopeful reforestation projects, olive groves buzzing with harvest, and a moment of sudden tension that quickly dissolved into friendly waves and a calm “buenos días.”

The road wasn’t always smooth—soft sand slowed us down—but the views made us stop anyway. By late afternoon we were searching for our last wild camping spot of the trip, building shade from bikes and fabric in an open field, waiting for the sun to finally ease its grip. Dinner was simple, a little messy, and very much earned.

With just two days of riding left, the finish line is getting closer, but it doesn’t feel like the end yet. For now, it’s still about the quiet roads, the unexpected encounters, and the small moments that make the long journey feel exactly right.

  1. How is it possible one person has this much talent! The voice, the song, the lyrics and the story telling….I mean, telling a story five different ways is just jaw dropping…..I really hope you have more adventures and thank you so much for sharing this with us…💙

  3. I went through your video and the delivery is really clean. One thing I noticed is that the main keyword isn’t clearly reinforced in the first two lines of the description, which is where YouTube looks first. When that’s fixed, videos usually start appearing in more relevant searches. If you ever want to compare notes on this, I’d be happy to.
