Putting that on your bike will make you strong, if it doesn’t put you off biking 😂 lots of those got recycled at the bike coop but if your frame magically fits it, enjoy your new legs 😂

I used to have one. It makes your bike sound like a shopping cart 🛒 🤣

I can confirm those baskets are perfectly sized for 12-packs

Gives me flashbacks to waking up at 4:30am when I was 10 to do my paper route. Looks just like my rear baskets.

Those used to be great for shopping. They were also heavy and incredibly noisy. Latch for holding it closed tended to open itself in most alarming ways and moments used made their own ways of keeping it closed or just left them open. There were also plastic versions of it but they broke often and early so you won’t find them used.
In long run old milk crate was far better and cheaper option.

I use tent pole clips to hold them on my rack sj they can be easily removed, with elastic cord at the bottom
Works mostly fine but gotta watch out, hitting a curb with 2x 12 packs can cause issues.

At least 32 burritos
I used to have those baskets on a fixed gear… Loved them. They fit a paper grocery bag perfectly.
