Check cassette driver/sprocket/chain and replace if needed. Bearings and rubber/pedals as needed, that either is or has potential to be a super solid bike.

That one is bulletproof lol, the bars not so much but everything else is so good. I recommend you a much bigger bars for compensate that long frame
