I have Thule roof bars already installed on car. I recently bought a used Thule 532 bike rack off eBay – assuming all fittings etc were supplied.
How do I secure the bike rack to roof bars? Do I need to purchase some additional adapters/fixtures?

That bike tray is trash anyways. Maybe see if you can return it and buy something that doesn’t touch your bike’s frame.
The bike rack you have, at least in the back, have squared tabs for (aero) bars with a slot. You have ordinary bars, in which you need some U-shaped hinges which connects to a “T pin” on the lever, not the square.
EDIT: Something like this, but I’m not sure — ask in a store.
