  1. Heya, I’m not sure what the full story is here but couple of thoughts since you’re running a Miche hub and presumably a Miche wheel too:

    – Miche track wheels commonly come ‘double sided’ ie two fixed sides; these won’t take a freewheel
    – Miche lockrings are a different size and TPI to what fits more common hubs. You will need a Miche lockring on each side
    – Miche track wheels are commonly supplied with a cog carrier, which allows you to swap cogs by removing and replacing the lockring only. They’re pretty handy though pricey, fairly easily available from RareWares UK on eBay
