Carbonseatpost Dented

Hi,

I wanted to adjust my seatpost height today and it was the first time pulling it out completely.

When inspecting it I saw this bend in the seatpost. I always used 6nm torque with carbon paste and the seatclamp says 6-8.

I always wondered why it doesn’t sit completely flush.

Does anyone know this problem and a reason why this happens?
