No judgement. Will be riding this kid hotrock when spring comes. Shoved 26”s on it from the parts bin. Just need to work on the brake bosses. Maybe find a longer stem. Otherwise, feels good.

I saw your mock-up post and was hyped. I am now more hyped
You don’t need to move the fork bosses, just swap for a 26″ fork.
Also the rear, just use sidepull calipers like Tektros. Looks like you need about a 70mm.
