With the 2025 National Hill Climb Championship coming up later next month we sent our local hill climb expert – Alex from @CraftedCycles over to bank road to give you guys a course preview and a few tips for the big day!
You may notice Alex’s watch changes partway up the climb… Unfortunately for him, we actually got the finish line ever so slightly wrong at first, which meant we had to send him back a few days later to redo the top half of the climb.

3:28, best pass by a motorist. Some of the others were a bit 🤔 sketchy to say the least. 3:50, passing on a blindish bend 🫣

I laugh at hill climb competitors that have those disc brakes..no reason what so ever except they make the bike heavier and can give major problems if they are rubbing..crazy
