MTBer getting into road biking, got this old carbon Trek from my coworker who doesn't ride anymore.
Swapping out the contact points/wear items, other than that it's in great condition. Frame is good, no damage. Some clear coat/paint cracking but it's over 20 years old. The USPS saddle is hot garbage so it's getting replaced with an Ergon SR Pro. Keeping the old one for a shelf decoration.
Drivetrain is 2×9 Ultegra, needed some adjustment but shifts/brakes great. Compared to my Rocky Mountain hardtail this thing is a rocket lmao.
