after more than a month after my order, I finally received my first set of Elitewheels, the Drive G36 ordered from their official online store.
I was really excited, and then I saw a beaten up box and said to myself, they are probably fine, since they are also in a wheel bag, bug guess what, the rear wheel was damaged through the wheel bag.
I already wrote to Elitewheels, hope this will be resolved quick.

Damn, sorry to see it. Hoping they do right by you. Keep us posted on their responses, I have new Elitewheels so I’m hoping for good customer service 🤞
As a high volume seller…that packaging is a disgrace. The package isn’t even that beat up. The package should be able to get beat way beyond that and still not damage the product.
It will be resolved, Elite is a good company. You’re just gonna wait a few weeks for shipping.
I bet they take care of you. Time vs money seems to be the trade off for these wheels.
