Are we looking at the same images? Those insoles don’t even fit the length of your foot, let alone the width.

Shimano also makes wide shoes that have fit me pretty well in the past

I don’t even bother. The trouble I have finding regular shoes that fit makes attempting any sort of specialty shoe not worth the headache.

Have not tried these Northwave has wide shoes. I use the road shoes with wide feet
For my feet the most comfortable shoes I’ve have. I’m planning to get this for MTB. Normal cycling shoes too narrow.

Go Lake… been trying lot of shoes since 2 years and finally tried the MX219, it’s awesome !

I have really wide feet as well and went with Lake shoes. I even need the double BOA lace system type-shoes, because the toe box is wider with the double lace systems (compared to the single BOA ones).
Currently ride with the CX238/MX238 and having no issues at all.
You should check out Bike-Discount.de as they regularly have pretty good sales on Lake shoes.

You’re a 43.5 wide in a Lake competition last. Mx238 is the shoe you want.

Giro has/had an assortment of HV+ models for wide feet.
I’ve got a pair and they’re pretty neat.
