Wheel had a lateral wobble and was off-centered, I’ve tried to improve it (it’s my first time truing a wheel)…. And I read you shouldn’t overdo it , is this “enough”?
Not bad your first time still looks like u got a blimp to kinda work out. Test the tension on the spokes too make sure they are in speck park tool website has a calculator and makes a diagram for it too
The recommended deviance is pretty wide but want to get close as possible to zero

If you can get the brake pads close enough without rubbing while still maintaining proper braking force, it’s true enough

It’ll be fine, but you can always keep going. If it were me, I would close the calipers a bit and go further, but yes, it is good enough for personal use.

For a single walled rim like that. Absolutely.
