It’s criminal what they have done to Southport! The pier was great with the penny arcade and cafe and the best do nuts in the region ! The town is rotting away – the beach is filthy and often has dead birds and jellyfish or oil / fat deposits! This was a lovely place to visit- not anymore unfortunately! The council want a kick up the backside for letting this place fall into decline.
