  1. Stamped dropouts say “low end”. Ashtabula type bottom bracket ? Looks fine for riding around the neighborhood, but nothing I’d get excited about.

  2. Most likely, the triple louvered fork is the key to the manufacturer.

Don’t hold me to it, but I think I’ve seen them on old Monarks, but I’m not 100% certain.

  3. Basically it’s a mixte frame with a few interesting details, like on the fork. Based upon the picture, the seat tube join looks dodgy. Otherwise it does not appear to be anything special. It’s a frame that one could build up relatively inexpensively but still have a useful bike.

  4. Try posting over at The Cabe.

The serial number doesn’t match up to the CWC (Cleveland Welding Company) style so that rules out many of the popular US brands. The fork crown looks like the ones used by Huffman and others, but the fastback stays and the seat binder integrated in the stays throws me. The rear forkends with adjusters suggest that it is “Pre-war.” The people over at the cabe can probably mail it down for you.

  5. Looks like an old AMF skyrider. Stelber made similar. It could be a number of old “tank” bikes without the tank.
