Some snaps from my ride yesterday. Went out while the snow was still falling to catch that off piste feeling. Minus 3 degrees celsius and quite windy. Ride started out sunny, but got darker and more cloudy as the blizzard kicked in. Some places the snow was knee deep and it felt uncertain if I could complete the ride without hiking. Covered just some 35 km with an average of 18 km/h. Went down twice, both times because the front wheel slipped. No harm to body or equipment. Maybe a slightly bend hanger, but I’m not sure since my cassette was clogged for the last third of the ride. Returned with a big smile on my face. Each year it’s a thrill to see the usual old trails being transformed into a completely different landscape. Over and out🫡
