Its called a name plate. Do a google check with the model of your shifter, and you’ll find a replacement.
They can be found on Ali for cheap. “Shifter name plate” is in the title.
The name plates are 100% aesthetic only. So unless you really care about the look you can just roll without it. I just broke one of mine the other day and have no intention of replacing it. But I understand why some people would.
