Looks like a great day for it! Really nice bike too!
Of course the first thing that stands out in the “before” picture is that nasty black crankset. Wonderful to see it gone! All the rest is icing on the cake, but you did a great cleanup. Enjoy riding it.
What rear derailleur is that? Looks huge. How about something like a Suntour Cyclone ?
The blue and orange combo looks terrific.
I have same pbn10 w simplex drivetrain, mavic wheelset. Rides well but having trouble w headset…its the same as yours, 5/32 bearings but the top/bottom cups dont line up and seem asymetric (going to try 3/16 bearings…)
