They’ll have been fitted with threadlock, you need to get them 250C+ to melt it

A small butane torch pointed at the post but away from the frame. Tap the surrounding painted area on the frame with your finger to get a sense of heat as you go. Get the post hot enough that the surrounding frame is nearly too hot to tap with your finger. It needs to be very hot, not glowing red.

Do they have flats? Not all studs are meant to come out, especially on steel frames.
