This summer Izzy and I went bikepacked from London to Vienna over 7 weeks. During our second week we continued down the EV15 to Strasbourg, then split off to ride through the exceptional Alsace wine route. After that we rejoined the EV15 and made it down into Switzerland.

Within this series, we cover over 3500 km of cycling, crossing the Swiss Alps via the famous Oberalp Pass & Gotthard pass, passing through the Italian lakes, and the Dolomites and crossing through countries like Slovenia and Hungary. Stay tuned and subscribe to follow our journey.

Have you been through Alsace on a bike or on foot – I’d love to hear about it in the comments,

Subscribe to the channel to keep following our trip, and hopefully get inspired to take your own.

  1. We stayed just near you at Mittelwihr near Colmar. Was really tired after a 6 hour drive , although I did share it with Clare and slept some of the way….
