I'd like to replace this stem with something zero rise and, well, just nicer. Fine to replace the spacers & steerer top cap but the headset top ring is shaped to fit the Syncros stem. Can I just buy & replace that top cup ring somehow or do I need to buy & fit a whole new headset? It's a Syncros Pro Drop in I think, on a Scott Spark 925. Hate this integrated stuff. Cheers!
