No its not. Topeak tools are not very good imho.
Sloppy tolerances and bad quality. At least the tools i have.

What did you store them in?
Thankfully they’re regular 1/4 hex bits so you can source better replacement bits off Amazon.
their chrome plating process is terrible.

I have a Topeak Mini 9. Carried it in my pocket once and it got wet. The next day it had rust all over it.
Oh God, I’d be so upset the first thing I’d do is post this on Reddit. Wait a second, I’m a man, with a brain, and instead fucking complaining about some cheap Chinese bits, my fucking ass would be on my way to the hardware store to just replace them with other cheap, Chinese bits.
