I’d take it to the shop. You’re going to need a new axle.

Bike shop. Save yourself the trouble, and a torque wrench would be a good idea in the future. Buy one that has settings within the torque specs of at least most screws/bolts on your bike.

Are you sure that bolt belongs there? Never seen anything designed to bolt into a thru-axle, and it looks like the bolt is in a hexagonal hole?

Almost always a 6mm hex.
Occasionally axles do have a hex fitting at the other end of the axle, but I’ve only seen this a couple of times out of 100’s

Might be able to back the inner bolt off with needle nose pliers, the head is snapped off so with any luck it doesn’t have any tension on it.
