Yes, your picture lacks the barrel adjuster. The barrel adjuster in the Park picture has a cylindrical threaded portion that threads into the brake arm, and a locknut that threads against the arm to keep it in adjustment. Yours, on the other hand, features a threaded portion with a flat side so that you can just turn the nut to adjust the barrel, which slides through the arm.
Any shop that deals in used parts might have what you need.
Yeah you’re missing that thing you marked, it’s to make fine adjustments to the breaks. I’d go to a bike shop and ask if they have one laying around, I bet is easier than trying to find a replacement online.
Much appreciated all, I bought this bike to learn how to repair bikes so I appreciate the explanation and will be taking it to a local bike shop to see if they have a barrel adjuster
