Brand new frame! Noticed this crease on the seat tube when installing new dropper. It feels like an indentation/flat spot but I don’t see an actual crack in paint or carbon. Inside of Seatpost feels normal smooth and shows no sign of crack. Coin test did not sound dull when rapping on crack. Wondering if this could be a powder coat bubbling issue? Anyone seen this on a bike?
