The handles for my air bike is lose on one side resulting in a jagged movement when spinning. I’ve tried tightening the bolt but it just spins without getting tighter.
On the other side the opposite bolt is still so it is not a system where I appear to have to hold that in place while tightening either.
Not sure how this works honestly, why it only allows tightening to some degree but not the entire way in.
Any tips?

If it’s turning without evert] tightening then either the bolt is stripped, the threaded hole is stripped, or the part with the threaded hole in is loose.
Try removing the bolt from the good side. Compare it to the bad side’s bolt. See if the bad side’s bolt works in the good side and vice versa. That should allow you to narrow down where the problem lies.
Edit: I’ve just rewatched and they’re obviously nuts not bolts, but the suggested process remains the same, and for ‘threaded hole’ read ‘bolt’. 😅
