New to me, barely ridden bike from ~’21. Purchase for my daughter, had what looks like oil marks around the this preload dial. Not sure how the bike was stored, but the shocks feel good. Not bottom out. Clean it and send it?

There isn’t really much to leak in these things and nothing is serviceable inside. Wipe it clean and use as normal. If it keeps leaking an excessive amount then you can look for a new fork but a cartridge will likely cost you more than a better replacement fork.
