Can anyone help identify the correct tool to remove this freewheel- 1980s English bike- Dilglo hub (made in France)

Looks like a maillard freewheel of some sort – maybe a maillard Normandy 24spline tool fits

I can get you some measurements of said tool for comparison if they seem helpful
