Yeah I’m pretty bad especially for like 2 months and I feel like I’ve been doing something wrong and watched tutorials and read but I still can’t get it . Can someone help me out?
Stand over your bike, pull your bars up so the bike Is basically vertical, then push the handlebars forward so the bike levels out at the height of the front wheel. This is the motion for a bunny hop, you have to basically do it in the 2 steps of pulling bars and jumping while pushing them forward and sucking your legs up.
You’re jumping both wheels almost simultaneously… you should be pulling back and raising the front wheel in the style of a manual almost, then hurling your torso and the bars forward to lift the rear wheel.

First thing , adjust your handlebars.
Second pull the front up first , once the front is about 18 inches off the ground , jump up pulling the rear tire up too

The only way to correct that “two wheel at the same time hop” is to try to hop on to a curb, since it will force you to lift your front end first and then tuck your back end to clear it.

Just ride your bike. As you progress, you muscles will progress, and then you will progress more. That’s it. Need a bit of guidance doing a 3 over doubles, or a flip over a box? Ask here.

This is the best ever bunny hop instructional I’ve yet found… like how it gives you off-bike exercises to do to get the muscle memory down before you transition to the bike
Bars way higher before lifting the back. Like chest high as though doing a wheelie. once the bars hit this height push them forward and pull the back up.
