Bought a used frame online and came with the headset like this, what pieces am I missing and is there supposed to be a gap between the headtube or should it be pressed in more?
That headset is not properly seated. However if you don’t have any of the other parts I would simply remove it and buy a new one as headset parts are rarely cross compatible.

The cups are not pressed in enough, they need to be perfectly flush. The bearing in the second picture is also in the cup upside down, it might be a little fiddly to pull out but it is removable. Looks to me like a cane creek 110 headset, they’re pretty nice headsets so I’d say it’s worth keeping, you should be able to have a shop press it the rest of the way in with a headset press tool, and they can order the correct missing parts, or may even have them on hand.

Sorry for being off-topic, but is this a titanium frame? The welding looks really nice, what frame is this?

You literally are missing most of the pieces. All that’s there are two badly pressed cups and bearings.
Given that these are mystery pieces in questionable condition, and the fact that the two cups both need pressing anyways, you’re better ofF just buying a complete new headset and installing that.
