The base is a Scott Seattle, where the only original part remaining is the frame. I normally use it to get around the city of Barcelona and for gravel road rides.
It has a 2×10 drivetrain with Shimano XT rear derailleur, Suntour front derailleur and thumbies, Stronglight crankset and chainrings, Weissman CX cantilever brakes, Brooks C17 clone saddle, Panaracer Gravelking SL 35c tires, and Wellgo pedals.
I'm planning to change the stem, quill, and headset for more classic parts.
What would you add or change?

I would change how much you’ve told us about that front rack. I’m struggling to get racks to clear the roller brakes on mine and my wife’s ATBs
what is the front rack? I am in Europe too and the front rack canti mount options are pretty bad but yours looks nice but also somehow custom bent? 😀
